Since 1972, we have been dedicated to producing high-performance rolls for a wide range of industries including grain & cereal milling, roller flour mills, animal feed mills, oil milling, cracking & flaking, rice flaking, steel re-rolling mills, pipe & tube mills, mixing, soap, paint, rubber, packaging, chocolate, coffee, beverage, malting, paper, mineral & ore grinding, and many others.

Over the decades, Advance Chill Rolls Technologies has earned a trustworthy reputation in the manufacturing of chilled cast iron rolls (mill rolls) by adopting the centrifugal spin casting process with the double pour technique. This process, developed and perfected by our highly experienced professionals, ensures rolls that meet the highest international quality standards.

Our advanced production facilities are equipped with Rotary Furnaces, Pit Furnaces (capacity up to 8 tons), CNC machining centers, Modern Lathe Machines, Cylindrical Grinders, Double-Sided Boring Machines, and Imported Fluting Machines. Each roll is manufactured with micrometer-level tolerance as per customer drawings and specifications, guaranteeing durability, reliability, and long-lasting performance.
